Those of us who avoid Black Friday like the Black Plague we think it’s named after might not understand the psychology behind this activity. Deals are great and all, but you know what else is great? Not getting trampled for a video game. But according to some, Black Friday isn’t really about the TV or the video game or the laptop.

 


It’s about winning. It’s the risk — the fight — that’s fun about Black Friday. It’s about getting amped up. It’s football, without the pads.
